Workbench

workbench is divided into three parts:

- Workbench Admin: The workbench admin is used by the project Managers to manage files within the Workbench. The client's translation memory,glossary terms and files. The Workbench Admin can handle many different file formats.

- Vendor Workbench: This is where the vendors can log into their web browser to access the content they need to translate.

- Validator Platform: This is where clients in-country reviewers (what we call validators) can log in and edit/comment on already translated text which will update into their translation memory.

Vendors can access the Straker's Vendr Workbench through a web browser. SOme projects require multiple vendors and it allows project managers to know exactly how fast the vendors are working. How many segments are completed and their estimated completion time.

Collaborate (Validator Platform)

Collaborate is a tool that allows internal and external teams to review and edit content directly within Verify. It would allow customers to use their translation memory and glossaries in each language combination to maintain consistent quality across projects. Users can access a didicated collaborate editor where they can independently manage the review and verification process, ensuring flexibility and control.

Key feature points are:

Internal and external collborators can verify and finalize translations themseleves.
Content can be sent to Straker's expert vendors for professional review, witth the ability to be verified by customers' internal/external collaborators post-return.
Add-on to Verify subscription lodel.
Token or per user charging for using the platform and it's tools.

Allow customers to manage content verification independently or assign tasks to their own internal or external editors.
Enables customers' own internal and external teams to work efficiently in a editing tool which saves any human verified content into memory.
Provide an option to customers to balance cost-effective internal human reviews with Straker can still earn revenue off the editting tool.
Offer a simple and user friendlyinterface that can be used without technical CAT tool or Workbench complexities.
